Jane is a Certified Strength, Nutrition and Mindset Coach, dedicated to helping busy midlifers grow the confidence and skills to build a strong body and mind. She provides customised programs to help her clients show up as their ' A Star Player' in the second half of their lives. With over three decades of experience in the fitness, coaching, and journalistic industries, Jane has a passion for exploring physical and mental health and sharing her knowledge and experience with others.
