I know this because I've lived it.​
I was an ambulance driver who made a decision, more than 30 years ago,
to become a UK Gladiator.
Not because I felt ready, but because I chose to change the trajectory of my future, to do 'the work' and trust the process.

I didn’t do it alone. I invested in a coach, followed a structured plan, and showed up consistently, even when it felt uncomfortable.
That decision taught me something I’ve carried ever since, and it changed my life forever.​
​


From performing as the UK's Gladiator Rio in front of millions for several years, to becoming a stunt woman in the Hollywood film Gladiator, to an amazing 15-year career in motorsport media and TV presenting.
​
I’ve rebuilt myself through several seasons of life, through motherhood, through grief, through celebrations and challenges.​


The pattern never changes.
Confidence isn’t something you wait for.
It’s something you build.

I learned that first as a client.
When I chose to be coached, to follow structure, and to keep small promises
even when motivation faded, everything shifted.
That experience shaped how I see change.

That’s why I created My Midlife Muscle Method.
​
It's my signature framework, specifically for women over 40, but the principles behind it, progressive strength, intelligent nutrition and building proof over perfection, apply to anyone navigating midlife.

I’ve spent decades building careers in male-dominated arenas and coached experienced and professional motorcyclists to compete successfully in extreme challenges, including the Dakar Rally.​
