  • How do I get started on finding my healthier, fitter me?
    Decide on your training program and commit to the process! Book the program that works best for your planning, budget and goals. You can also message me and we’ll schedule in an in-person or video consultation so we can see where you’re at, where you want to be and which coaching program would be best to support you in this process.
  • What is an Intake Form?
    Once you’ve decided to commit to a program, you’ll receive a link to an Intake Form. All clients are required to complete this simple questionnaire. Answer the questions when prompted as honestly as you can, so that we can get the most out of our first meeting and formulate a personalised program to support you on your health and fitness journey.
  • What is a PAR-Q form?
    PAR-Q stands for physical readiness questionnaire. This form helps us both screen for potential health issues to check that it’s safe for you to start your coaching program. It is compulsory that you complete this before we begin training together.
  • Why do I need to pay for my coaching program in advance?
    Paying upfront means you know exactly how much each program period will cost you. You are also committing to the process and motivating yourself to make your health and fitness a priority and to show up each week. Paying in advance helps you to honour your promise to yourself.
  • Are there any extra hidden costs?
    No, all prices are including VAT / BTW.
  • What is the refund policy?
    You are required to give 48 hours notice of cancellation for all appointments. Less than 24 hours notice will incur full payment of the session fee.
  • Can I extend my 12 week program if I’m unable to attend every session?
    As long as you give the required 48 hours notice to cancel, you can reschedule your session. All 12 week programs must be completed within 12 weeks from the payment or start date.
  • I don’t have the budget to for 12 weeks in advance, can I pay monthly?
    Yes, you can. Discuss this with your coach to set up a regular monthly payment. Clients are required to pay monthly in advance. All (monthly) In-person or online coaching sessions must be completed within one month from the payment or start date.
  • How long is a coaching session
    Each coaching session is one hour.
  • What happens if I’m late for a coaching session?
    If you are late for your coaching session, your session will not be extended and it will still end at the appointed time. In-person clients are required to arrive 5 minutes prior to a training or coaching session at the agreed location so that we can get the most out of our hour together. Online clients are required to be available as agreed ( eg, zoom, whatsapp, telephone call) at the appointed time.
  • What happens if my coach is late?
    If the coach is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.
  • What should I wear to my sessions?
    Clients are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for personal training sessions. Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.
  • What should I bring with me to my coaching sessions?
    Clients are required to bring a towel, a drink bottle filled with water and an open mind.
  • Is there an age restriction for the coaching programs?
    There is no age limit! Clients must be over the age of 18 or have written permission from their legal guardian to participate in any coaching or personal training programs.
  • Will the coaching program be designed specifically for me?
    Yes, that’s why you required to complete the Intake Form and book your appointment to discuss your answers, so that we can design a personalised program just for you.
  • Will my program be adjusted?
    Yes, depending on your mental and physical health and ability, your goals and challenges, we will re-assess and revisit your coaching planning during your 12 week program.
  • Is my coach qualified?
    Yes, all Jane Omorogbe coaches are all fully qualified EREPS level 3 fitness instructors.
  • Is my coach trained in CPR/AED?
    Yes, Jane Omorogbe coaches are all fully qualified Basic Life Support Providers.
  • Can my coach offer me nutritional advice?
    Jane Omorogbe coaches can offer basic nutritional advice and guidance. Clients with any kind of eating disorders, allergies or specific nutritional concerns are advised to consult a qualified dietitian for further nutritional advice.
  • Where is the Jane Omorogbe coaching studio?
    The Personal training Studio is located at Geerdemedries 22, 2800 Mechelen.
  • What kind of fitness equipment is available at the Jane Omorogbe Coaching studio?
    You’ll find the world recognised ROGUE branded station, dumbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, Swiss balls, yoga mats, Barbell and plates, suspension cables, Concept 2 rower, static bike, plus additional material such as speed ladders for speed and agility training.
