6 WEEK KICKSTART PROGRAM

The next 6 week GROUP Program Kicks off on 21/04 April 2025 (so yes, you can still eat your Easter Eggs) and it's the perfect KickStart to your health and fitness journey!

 

You’ll learn the basics of nutrition, resistance training and mindset practices, and have healthy habits assigned to your agenda too.

During your 6 week cohort, you will have the worksheets listed below and your weekly check-ins automatically delivered to you via the TRAINERIZE Coaching App.

 

With two LIVE 30 minute Zoom group calls with Coach Jane Omorogbe, you'll get to interact with other people in the cohort who, just like you, are looking for accountability, structure, motivation and a KickStart into action!
